Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arizona Talks Foundation website located at arizonatalks.org (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering for an event, you agree to:

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the event cancellation policy.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies vary by event and will be disclosed at the time of registration. In the event of cancellation by Arizona Talks Foundation, we will provide refunds or alternative arrangements as appropriate.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
