Arizona Talks: The S Word
September is Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month in Arizona. This educational event will feature some of Arizona's top speakers on mental health, suicide, and recovery. Our program includes a resource fair, movie screening, and discussion on suicide, mental health, and recovery.
The event Wednesday, September 26th at the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus, on the ground floor of the ASU Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy inside of the historic Concho Room.
-Resource fair starts at 5:30PM
-60 min movie screening starts a bit after 6PM
-Discussion right after screening
The event is free to the community, refreshments will be provided, and several local agencies will be present to provide information and resources to those who attend before and after the screening.
